The Grand Central Market Cookbook LIVE! is a day-long series of cooking demos, tastings and workshops inspired by the recipes from the iconic food hall's first ever cookbook.  Meet, eat and learn with the Market chefs and culinary masters who created the recipes featured in the cookbook that captures the diverse flavors of the 100-year-old Market.  Individual sessions include demos on how to make recipes at home, talks spotlighting seasonal ingredients, and workshops led by Market chefs. Participating eateries include Belcampo Meat Co, DTLA Cheese, La Tostaderia, Madcapra, Prawn, Olio Wood-fired Pizzeria, and Villa Moreliana. The Grand Central Market Cookbook LIVE! is presented as part of the Los Angeles Times Food Bowl.
