Join acclaimed chef and New York Times columnist David Tanis to celebrate his new book, One Good Dish.

Belampo Meat Co. will provide hors d'oeuvres, while our friends over at DomaineLA will be on hand to provide the toast.

For once, David will be stepping out of the kitchen to chat, mingle, hang, answer questions, and sign books (available for purchase at Skylight Books).

He's a very charming man, so don't miss this chance to meet one of America's best chefs, while also getting an after-hours peek at L.A.'s best butcher shop, and this amazing place, Grand Central Market.
