From Christophe Happillon, Los Angeles' only Master Ecailler (shellfish master), The Oyster Gourmet offers ecologically sustained seafood focused on oysters but also including mussels, scallops, clams and sea urchin. The menu will include a selection of oysters, clams, shrimp and some raw fish preparation to be enjoyed alone or combined as a seafood platter, as well as beer and wine.
